Dear Murdock and Gannon Builders,
We wanted to take the time to write you and let you know what a wonderful experience it was to purchase our first home from you. Jason and I are engaged to be married in June 2006 and decided that we had enough of the apartment life! So, our search began for the perfect first house for us. We looked at many neighborhoods and found that the Braefield subdivision was definitely the spot for us. After looking at what seemed to be 1000 floor plans, we fell in love with your Braefield model. You truly have an eye for detail and know exactly what buyers want for their homes, we couldn't have designed it better ourselves!

The process in purchasing the home was a cinch! Your marketing team was extremely helpful and patient with us and our 101 questions! That made us feel at ease being that this was our biggest purchase we ever made! Next thing we knew we were moving in!

It is now 7 months later and we are putting our own personal touches on our home and we are extremely happy! We wanted to say "thank you" for an amazing experience and for helping Jason and I start our life together in our beautiful new home.

     After retirement, my husband and I  began looking for a home in the Raleigh area. We each envisioned what we personally wanted in a new home. I had to have a garage and a place away from everything to hone my rusty piano playing skills. He had to have a quiet retreat for reading, television watching, and storage for his fishing equipment. We both wanted a home with less square footage, yet large enough for entertaining, hosting large family get-togethers, and giving privacy to overnight guests.

     After visiting many open houses in the Raleigh area we immediately fell in love with the homes built by Murdock and Gannon.  Their floorplans included everything we were looking for in a home.  We were amazed  at the efficient use of space and attention to detail offered by Murdock Gannon homes.  The craftsmanship  was exquisite. The personal touch was just unbelievable.

The builders met us on site and personally escorted us to their homes.  They were more than willing to modify floor plans to suit our personal taste.

After the completion of our new home the builders were readily available to take care of any concerns regardless of how petty they may have been.  We were treated with the highest degree of professionalism by everyone.

After having been in our home for five years, we still have a positive relationship with Murdock and Gannon.  When your home is built by Murdock and Gannon you can rest assured that you will have a well constructed home free of flaws for years to come.

I recently purchased a home at the Landings at Neuse Crossing. My wife and I love the house. We bought the Maplebrook – same floor plan as the model.
Anthony Strickland, has provided my wife and I the absolute best customer service imaginable. With experience in the construction industry and a Building Construction Degree from the University of Florida, I was prepared to go to battle to get all of my walk through problems resolved. Anthony mentioned he was "The Customer Satisfaction Guy" at Murdock & Gannon and assured my wife and myself that he would take care of everything that needed to be done and he did. Even after closing when we did our first load of laundry and it flooded my laundry room, he responded within the hour. That same day he had someone working on the problem and was completed with no hesitation ... I "rave" to everyone that comes to my house that Murdock & Gannon is the way to go for buying new construction.
